Shipping & Local Delivery


All customers are responsible for all billing and shipping information. Ensure that all information is correct as we are unable to change order information once orders have been processed.

Although we try our best to process orders straight away, please allow 24 - 48 hours after you have submitted your order for it to be processed. All orders will be packed and posted within 48 hours unless notified otherwise. 
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been processed. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active. 
If for any reason your item goes missing after we have dispatched your order, you must get into contact with Australia Post as we are not responsible for this. If you do need further help, please do not hesitate to get in contact with us and we will try and support you. 
* Please Note during Christmas periods there will be delays with Australia Post. Unfortunately these delays are out of our control and we opt you to “PICK UP” your order from our Taylors Lakes, 3038 location

If you are local to Hillside 3037, Victoria and surrounding suburbs (10km) we offer same day delivery which can be selected at checkout if you are within the radius.
Once you place your order please allow up to 24 hours to receive a text confirmation which will include information to arrange a suitable date and time for us to make the delivery.
